All houses are located in Cumbres de Montecristo, a gated community with 24 hour security located 3 km. south of El Transito, Leon, Nicaragua. It is an hour drive from Managua. Within the development there is a Rancho Clubhouse with a pool table, chairs and tables where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset views. There is also a beach with a shade rancho where you can watch the waves break or enjoy a sunset bonfire.
